Welcome to Gym Vibes. By using this application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

1. Absolute Disclaimer (We Owe You Nothing)

Gym Vibes is a workout notebook app provided entirely as a courtesy.

• No Service Obligations: We owe you absolutely nothing. We have no obligation to maintain the service, provide customer support, fix bugs, host your data, or ensure the app continues to operate.
• No Warranty: We make no promises that the app will be available, functional, secure, error-free, or compatible with your device.

2. Right to Terminate or Delete Data

• Data Erasure: We reserve the right to delete your profile, wipe your workout logs, or wipe the entire database at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, without warning or liability to you.
• Service Termination: We may terminate your access to Gym Vibes or shut down the entire application permanently at our sole discretion without notice.

3. Limitation of Liability

• Physical Safety: Weightlifting and exercise are inherently risky activities. We are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or medical emergencies you experience while using the app or performing routines logged in the app.
• No Damages: In no event shall we be liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or data loss arising from your use of Gym Vibes.

4. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Gym Vibes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
