Gym Vibes Account Deletion & GDPR Data Request

We respect your privacy and provide full transparency over your data. In accordance with the GDPR and Google Play Developer Policies, this page allows users of the Gym Vibes application (developed by Waffle Sloth Studios) to request the deletion of their account and all associated personal data.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request your account and data deletion using any of the following methods:

Method 1: Within the App (Recommended)

Open Gym Vibes, navigate to your Profile screen, tap the Settings or Edit icon, and select Delete Account. Confirming the prompt will immediately initiate the automated deletion process.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request Form

If you have uninstalled the application, submit your registered email address below. We will send a confirmation link to verify your ownership of the account before deletion.

Method 3: Direct Email Support

Email us at [email protected] using your registered email address with the subject line "Gym Vibes Account Deletion Request".

Data Policy & Retention Disclosures

What types of data are permanently deleted?

Upon confirming your deletion request, the following information will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our active database servers within 14 calendar days:

Profile Information: Full name, gender, activity levels, height, weight, unit systems, and settings preferences.
Workout Logs: Your complete workout history, routines, exercises, log sets, logged weights, reps, and durations.
Biometric Logs: Body weight and anthropometric logs.

What types of data are kept and why?

We only retain the minimum amount of data required to meet legal, financial, and regulatory compliance standards:

Billing and Financial Records: Stored checkout sessions, Stripe transaction IDs, and Patreon membership history are kept for up to 7 years to comply with accounting, tax audits, and legal reporting regulations.
Anonymized Aggregated Data: Fully anonymized usage telemetry (e.g. system version distribution, generic feature clicks) is retained to improve product performance. This data cannot be linked back to you or any individual.
